Advertisements All of the upcoming lenses are designed for Hasselblad’s X1D digital medium format camera. Together with the previously launched models, there are now nine different lenses in Hasselblad’s X-system.
XCD 2,8/135
The XCD 1,9/80 is probably the most interesting of the bunch, considering that it’s Hasselblad’s fastest lens ever. It features an equivalent aperture of f/1.5 and focal length of 63mm on a full-frame camera. Here are the basic specs:

XCD 2,8/135
The XCD 2,8/135, as the name suggests, is a 135mm f/2.8 lens (equivalent to 105mm on full frame cameras). When it’s paired with the new X Converter 1,7, the focal length grows to 230mm (178mm full-frame equivalent). You can buy the lens bundled with the converter, but you can also get it on its own.

XCD 4/21
The XCD 21mm is the ultra wide-angle lens for the X1D, providing a 17 mm full-frame equivalency. It’s compact and lightweight, and ideal for architecture and landscape photography. The aperture ranges from f/4 to f/32. Like previous XCD lenses, the three latest models feature an integral central shutter and offer exposure times from 60 minutes to 1/2000s with full flash synchronization through the entire range. All three lenses and the teleconverter are available for preorders through Hasselblad’s website, and they’ll start shipping in December 2018. These are the pre-order prices:
